Typically of Court Homes, we are taking a slightly different approach to carrying out these projects to give you better value and more scope to make changes during the progress of your works, producing what we believe to be a fairer way forward for you and us to work together.

We begin by giving you budget costs for each element of the works. We then report back to you monthly on the progress of costs against this budget. We charge you the cost to us plus an agreed percentage, and if we save money our client saves money. If we discover a problem, or you decide to change something, then the cost is the cost to us plus the same percentage.
